Woman Made: Great Women Designers Released in the US

Last night we were in New York City at the Kering + Phaidon Woman Made Dinner celebrating the launch of Phaidon Press London’s new book, Woman Made: Great Women Designers by Jane Hall. The volume brings together the work of over 200 female product designers, from more than 50 countries, spanning from the early twentieth century through today. This beautifully designed book is now available for order in the United States.

The Capelli Stool

Our founder and president, Carol Catalano, is profiled in the book. Our featured work, the Capelli Stool, is now in its 20th year of production with Herman Miller. When designing Capelli, our philosophy was to create space at the table to dream, push boundaries and allow new ideas to emerge. We are honored that our work resulted in this recognition among so many outstanding women designers.
