Pushing the 3D Printed Envelope

We are experimenting and testing - looking for soft but durable elastomeric materials that can be 3D printed.

The sample in the video is cast silicone. When working on this experimental part, casting added weeks to our timeline over 3D printing.

Our design concept was just ahead of what was achievable at the time using a 3D printing process. We are continuing to work closely with additive manufacturing companies to help develop new and enhanced applications for materials and processes. This will open new creative avenues for us and our clients.
